It took me so long to get where I am
Still where I am is not where I long to be
My heart's crazy and it's weird to hate who I am
after all the time I spent to be like this

I feel closer to the abyss
from where you watch me satisfied
I learned from your kiss
how's so damn easy to lie

are you trying to make me believe
It's my fault I chose to be the wrong guy?
